Full service design

For projects large and small, start to finish.  Hourly Fee that covers time for sourcing products, correspondence with vendors, clients and architects/builders/contractors.  The hourly fee also applies to time spent on installations, deliveries and travel.  A commission is included on all orders placed under MWI, with any additional discount being given to the client on a case by case basis.

Designer Package

For advice and design direction.  After meeting with you for a design session and gathering measurements and photographs of the space, MWI will create two different design schemes to meet your requests.  A presentation will be sent that includes floor plans, samples, and design boards.  You can take these and implement them on your own, using the list of contacts provided by MWI to begin purchasing.  The client is responsible for placing orders and being onsite for deliveries and/or installations.

Consulting

For piece meal design updates and special projects.  If you’d like to update small areas/objects where specific sourcing is required, there will be a day rate + travel.  We’ll schedule a pre-planned day of shopping based on your needs and requirements.  Special projects are based on a freelance hourly fee. MWI is happy to work with companies in need of design services from FF&E additions to project management.
